| Cycle Marking or Registration Scheme | Bike Marking Community Engagement Event
Your local St. Dunstan’s Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) would like to invite residents to our next Bike Marking event on 24/01/2025 11:00hrs.
This community engagement event offers residents the opportunity to have their bicycles security marked and registered for free. By marking and registering your bike, you help deter theft and improve the chances of recovery if your bike is ever stolen.
The aim of this event is to: - Promote cycle security and theft prevention - Encourage residents to register their bikes with the national database - Provide safety and crime prevention advice to cyclists and local residents - Engage with the community and increase police visibility in the area
Key engagement activities may include: - Free bike marking and registration with BikeRegister - Providing cycle safety tips and security advice - Offering information on local policing priorities and recent community initiatives - Opportunity for residents to meet and speak with local officers
We welcome all cyclists and local residents to come along, get their bikes marked, and have a chat with the team about local issues or concerns. Please contact the team for more information or to confirm your attendance.
